Payment schedule example -

All developments have individual payment structures; here is a typical example from one of our Spanish developments;

Reservation 3, 000 euros
A 30% payment after 30 days (sign the purchase contract)
Balance on completion approx 24 months (depending on when you buy in)
The balance can be paid as a one off payment or with a local mortgage facility.

When buying into any of our developments you will always receive our reservation guide to help you along, you will also be assigned a personal assistant who will be on hand to help you through the process.

Payments and transfers; all financial transactions that enter our system are guaranteed to arrive with the appropriate Developer in full and on time, your unit will have been reserved verbally if necessary beforehand awaiting payment.
